This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have intermittent ratchet, grind, or ABS pump motor noises heard from the front of the vehicle when maneuvering through banked turns, usually between 20 - 30 mph. Technician will need to update the Electronic Brake Control Module using Service Programming System and Tis-2-Web.
