I took it to the dealer about a year ago and it was making the same noise and the dealer said they couldn't find anything. They are now saying it is the transmission. I feel like when it was under warranty a year ago, it should have been fixed and now they are saying that I have to pay $4229.00 to have the same problem fixed. The warranty has expired because it is now over 100,000 miles. I think the dealership should take the responsibility to fixed this problem and I am not the only owner of a 2010 Buick Lacrosse complaining about this problem.

I love my Buick because I own another older model Buick and I have not had any problem with it. So do the right thing. A faithful Buick owner.
