4 months after i acquired my 2010 lacrosse I was going down hill on a very known freeway in los angeles. the 405.
and as i was going down the traffic stopped suddenly and i stepped on the brakes very hard. and after that when ever i am going down hill in a speed of 35-up and i press on the brakes i can feel the steering wheel shaking and moving not violently but i could feel it not normal. i brought up to the dealer GM parkway valencia the time of regular check up and they told me that it seemed to be good condition that nothing was wrong. a few months later i brought it again because it did the same thing by this time it was 25000 miles more or less told them about the situation and they told me that had driven it and that there was no problem. the last time i brought it in for the same problem by this time was 55000 miles and they told me that the disks needed to be resurfaced and that the brake pads needed replacement. I got very upset. i told them that i was not going to do it because i had brought it during the warranty period for the same problem and that they never did anything to fix the problem.
i called GM BUICK and i was transferred to many operators and reps that all they said was that the car was not under warranty any more that they could not do anything.
i hated them. I had a camry before and never on the 150000 miles that it had until it was totaled never change the brakes or disks. I am very unhappy with GM and Buick and their bullshit warranty and the way the deviate their repairs for themselves to get off the hook on repairing a product that they know its defective.
