The contact owns a 2009 Buick Lacrosse. The contact stated that the driver side door failed to open from the inside. The failure recurred on several occasions. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the power distribution center the (pdc) needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. However, the failure recurred and the vehicle was taken back to the dealer a second time where it was diagnosed that the door lock actuator needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 81,337.
