the low beam headlights go on and off randomly

While returning home from Louisville 4-15-2016, the headlights just went out on the expressway. We pulled over and tried to get them back on, but were unsuccessful.Started to call AAA but noticed the brights worked, so we drove 120 miles with the high beams on, irritating a lot of other drivers. I called Buick customer service (1-800-521-7300) on 4-19, but got no help at all. I talked to a guy named Noel (thats all he would give me) who turned out to be located in Manila. He did give me a case number (8-1941721058), but said there's no recall on this. My next step will be to talk to my attorney.
