The contact owns a 2007 Buick Lacrosse. While making a right turn at 5 mph, the power steering failed and caused the vehicle to make a wide turn. There were no warning indicator lights illuminated. The failure recurred while making a left turn. The vehicle was parked and later towed to the dealer. The dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. The failure mileage was 400 and current mileage was 437.
