This technical bulletin provides a procedure to update the ECM to the latest software and calibration available to correct a customer concern that the Malfunction Indicator Lamp is illuminated and/or the remote start will not start the vehicle due to a voltage spike in the ECM, above the threshold value which will set the code P0132 or P223E.
