I live in Oklahoma so it-??s hot then cold then hot again then colder the next morning. I had my defroster on while on my way to work and all of a sudden my window just cracks and spreads all across my window. I didn-??t have a chip at all and there wasn-??t even a vehicle in front of me. Idk if it was because it was real cold and had the defroster on but this still shouldn-??t have happened. And they want me to pay almost $1000 to change it out because you also have to get the cameras readjusted correctly. GM should pay for this. It absolutely wasn-??t my fault.
