I had to replace the batter in the first year. The complete AC system stopped working in the second and in the third year, the head gasket is blown. No one will fix a head gasket. This is the first time I finance a car and it'll be the last. I still owe 10,000 on the vehicle and I stopped paying on it. I'll just save up for a cash car and pray they repo it soon. Oh, did I mention the power no longer works, maybe the battery died again. I used to tell people how much Ilved this car. I purchased it at only 8,000 miles. Words to the wise. DO NOT PURCHASE A 2016 BUICK ENCORE!
