I have a 2016 Buick Encore that I bought brand new in November of 2016. I have had several issues that were covered and resolved by Buick dealership. However, there is one massive issue they have not been able to figure out. After a few years of owning the car and 35K miles the battery died on the vehicle and I took it to Buick who replaced the faulty battery free of charge. Now at 45K miles the car is slow to start.
I took it back to Buick and found that the battery was going dead again. I asked them to investigate the issue further and they could find no reason why the cars battery was going dead. I am not happy! I have had cars that are over 10 years old and 250K miles on them that batteries have lasted over 100K miles.
