This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician for a concern where the Bluetooth device list is full and will not allow any of the devices to be deleted. General Motors is working on concern in the meantime the following procedures may allow the deletion of devices. A clear and reset will clear the Bluetooth device list as well as all other personalized lists. Bluetooth devices can be deleted out of the list as long as it is done in the first 60 seconds of vehicle start up.
