I just purchased the 2015 Encore on 7-7-2016. I really like the vehicle & the way it handles & feels. However I never even dreamed GM would not somehow correct this dash light problem. Of course I did not come across the complaints on the lights until today, 7-18-16. I thought it was something I was doing wrong or did not understand when reading the book on the Encore. Now what???? I have very good eyesight & simply can not see the gauges or lights during the day without some real eyestrain. My husband has poor eyesight & could never drive this car during the day. Why is it that they are so bright & visible during night time driving & so miserably dull during daylight driving?

This could be quite hazardous when looking down trying to decipher what the gauges say. Way too long to have your eyes off of the road. So far that is my only complaint, but to me it is a major one.

Anyone know a solution or when GM might acknowledge this problem?
