The contact owns a 2014 Buick Encore. The contact stated that upon starting the vehicle, the ignition key failed to turn which caused the vehicle to not be able to start. The failure occurred on two ocassions. The vehicle was taken to a dealer however it was not diagnosed. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 200. Drrk
