The vehicle was taken to ray miller Buick GMC (246 cox creek pkwy, florence, al 35630, (256) 275-4313) where it was diagnosed that the headlamp bulbs needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 74,785.
