I took excellent care of my 2014 Buick Enclave, including getting all recommended services and regular oil changes. So, complete engine failure at 51,000 miles is unacceptable! The reason is a manufacturer defect in the timing chain that destroyed the engine. Of course, my vehicle was not under warranty, and the manufacturer did not recall the defect. So I was on the hook to replace the engine. I instead opted to sell the vehicle. Not worth putting any money in this piece of junk. Stay away from GM and Buick vehicles!!!
