The brake pedal has always gone almost to the floor since we purchased the car in November 2015. Replacing the front and rear pads and bleeding the brakes on more than one occasion did not correct the problem. A Buick dealer replaced the master cylinder and bled the brakes in 2018 or 2019. . This did not correct the problem. I took it back. They claimed there was was a small leak in the system. Problem still exists. My wife has had to live with the problem.
I haven't found a related TSB or recall.
