The contact owns a 2010 Buick Enclave. The contact stated that the steering wheel seized. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who diagnosed that the steering pump needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 108,000. Updated 09/16/14 the consumer stated that it was very difficult to make turns at low speeds and difficult to park. Updated 1/15/15
