Enclave LX 3.6L V6

This is the second rear evaporator that went bad in just a little over 2 years and 14237 miles or just a 7 months past the 2 year warrantee date. Because it was so close to the 2 years GM did work with me some on this - but, come on, this should never have happened a second time. It would appear GM has not corrected the problem with the copper from the blower bearings making holed in the evaporator.

Beware if you are thinking about buying a 2014 Enclave unless you have deep pockets.

Enclave LX 3.6L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 36,836 miles

The rear evaporator was leaking and had to be replaced at only 36000 miles. This is a known defect in the model and I feel that the expense to replace should be covered by GM.

Enclave CXL V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 93,624 miles

Unbelievable!!! After the transmission failed now this. AC is no longer working and the dealership is quoting $3000 to fix I it. Internet is riddled with other enclave owners reporting same. This vehicle has cost over $5000 in repairs. No more GM products for us. Sold a problem free Nissan for this vehicle!!!!!
