It appears that the Buick company knows of this problem but has no Solution. Can't receive On Star is a necessary thing for me. ANY one has Ideas as to what to do?

Update from Feb 23, 2017: I had my radio fixed by taking my car to a reputable Radio specialist I.E. Radio Doctor, in the area to have the Amplifier removed and fixed ,, now All is back to normal.

my radio sound has went out on my vehicle, the signals work radio comes on but there is no sound at all, as I do research it seems this is a common problem on the buick enclaves and is very expensive to fix, I am hearing it is either a fuse or the amp needs to be replaced ,,
