ABS unexpectedly activates at any time with or without touching the brakes. Turning the steering wheel also brings this on. All connections are good. Replaced ABS module and ECBM. Replaced both front wheel bearings and ABS connectors. Even unplugged Magnasteer connector and bypassed it by inserting a 1.6 ohm resistor. No permanent success! Happens a lot when car is cold and backing out of driveway and then placing car in Drive. If I gingerly drive forward about 50 feet, I can sometimes go 200 miles with no lights. I currently get DTC C1241 error codes, which indicates a steering problem with the Magnasteer rack and pinion - but bypassing the Magnasteer unit, I still intermittently get the lights. Turning the car off and then restarting it gets rid of the lights, but only temporarily. Totally frustrating!!
