TSB Document:

Affected Component: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

Summary
"Charging Stops when Using ""Occasional Use"" Cable. When charging the vehicle with the Occasional Use Cable (OUC), and the charge rate set to ""Min"" in the CID, charging may switch off during the charge cycle. In rare cases, the vehicle may not start the charging cycle at all. The following fault is stored in the Electric Machine Electronics (EME): 0x222843 - charging management: Charging target not reachable (power of charger too low) Updated software is available to prevent this situation from recurring. CAUSE The EME software had a minimum charging power threshold of 600W. On the ""Min"" charge setting in the CID, the target charging current is 6 amps. Therefore, if the available voltage at the wall socket dips below 100 volts at any time, charging will be switched off."
