Vehicle cannot be charged with either AC or DC, vehicle does not detect a charging cable. Charging indicator LED on the high voltage charging socket is permanently white. Check Control message "Charging not possible" is displayed sporadically. The following fault code stored in the CCU: 031B97 - AC charging, charging interface, charging plug detection: Electrical error.
