"INFORMATION Checking the oil level after an oil service requires running of the REX engine. To start W20 engine with ISTA tester, select: 1. Service Function 2. Range extender digital engine electronics 3. Range extender service start. Alternatively, a manual starting procedure can be used with the following steps: Note: The combustion engine can be started if the SOC of the HV Battery is less than 75%. 1. Open tailgate 2. Switch ignition (Drive Readiness) and select ""Park"" gear position 3. Within 60 seconds, press and hold down the accelerator pedal 4. Within 20 seconds, press the brake pedal three times and hold down 5. While continuing to the depress the brake pedal, release the accelerator pedal and press Start-Stop button 6.
