- Summary
- Service Engine Soon (MIL): EME FC CF948C. The Service Engine Soon light (MIL) is intermittently illuminated in the instrument cluster (Kombi). This does not affect drivability, and no symptoms are apparent to the customer. CAUSE The following fault code is stored in the fault memory of the Electric Machine Electronics (EME): ? CF948C - Message (actual wheel speed, 0x254) missing, receiver EME, transmitter DSC This fault is stored when the DSC control unit intermittently does not send a particular wheel speed message at the time the EME is expecting to receive it.
