The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the contact was alerted by his daughter, who was in another vehicle, that there was smoke coming from the exhaust pipe. The contact attempted to notify the dealer but was not able to speak to someone regarding the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 110,000.
