- Summary
- After Cold Start, Brake Booster Reservoir Vacuum Reduced. With an outside temperature below 14ºF, brake booster vacuum may be reduced after a cold start. The non-return valve in the vacuum line to the brake booster may stick at temperatures below 14ºF. Sufficient vacuum supply is available again at the brake booster only after the vehicle is driven (approximately 1/4 mile).
