So the 4.4L m62tub44 engine has 2 camshaft sensors mounted on the front sides of each cylinder head. If the right one goes bad (cylinders 1-4 side), your car will not even start. If the left one goes bad, you will have horrible gas mileage and it will run sluggish and rough. Easy to change, uses a 6mm hex nut.
