I ran into a AC problem with a new BMW as soon as I bought it. BMW service center kept the car for 5 days and said there was some leak in the AC unit and fixed it. After a month again, AC stopped working. I took the car back to service center and this time they told that AC compressor is bad, need to replace that. The part is in back order will come from Germany in a month and they gave me rental car. The part came in 15 days so they replaced it. Again after driving for 2 days, AC was blowing hot air. So I took the car back to service center. The guy told me that they will start the process of buy back as this car looks like a lemon.
In all this process, their customer service is pathetic. Nobody picks the call, even if I left so many voicemails no body bothered to call me back. I want to get rid of this car and go with some other brand.
