Took it to BMW Rahal (Canonsburg, PA) 4 times (within 5 months of leasing a brand new vehicle) and every time they would check and come back saying no problem found except that pressure was low. Filled 5 lbs and reset.
On my 5th visit, they came back saying there is a nail and it would cost me $450 plus to put a new wheel. On meeting the Assistant Manager and complaining, he spoke to BMW and then came back with a $196 quote.
Met the Manager of service but he would not do anything about it. I told them they should have identified this long back and not wasted my time. Finally I fixed the problem with another shop for $20.
I visited the BMW site but could not find any place to lodge my complaint. Wanted to share my experience with this BMW dealer
