This is really an awful problem whereby a car seat heater can burn your passenger causing bodily harm. What a memory and experience you created for your passengers. While reporting this issue to BMW dealership it is taking as a none existing problem and needs to be fixed at my expense. I am really disgusted at my BMW ownership whereas dreaming of owning one has turned into a nightmare. This is engineering and manufacturing gone wrong.
