This is used BMW year 2014. I bought it in 2018. They said I have to buy extended warranty for two years at the BMW dealer place which I did. Whenever I have the problem, the service department says this does not come under warranty. Including spark plugs which I have to pay from my pocket too.
I feel there is something wrong here. They collected money upfront for bumper to bumper warranty, when I come with a problems I have to pay on top of the warranty payment.
