Go to my Instagram grace_carelli they are so loud and make a constant noise while driving The brakes and wheels are so loud and squeel constantly. It started a few months after I leased my car. The BMW Santa Monica service manager admitted that it was extreme, but the BMW North America called it normal so the service has been refused since 2 years ago. I am at the end of my ropes. Driving this jelopy is a painful experience. My clients refuse to be driven in it I can't turn my car in to the BMW untill my lease is up and trading for another one (not BMW !) I need to disclose The brakes are soooo noisy, especially when the engine is hot, that I can't have a conversation white using the car. Total garbage !

Update from Oct 29, 2016: I filed a law suit against BMW ! Have had it. They are dismissing the problem as "normal performance" I won't let them to get away with It. The brakes are extremely loud when engaged but the wheels are making a constant squeaking noise while driving making a very unpleasant experience . I feel like it's falling apart Hate this piece of garbage
