1- my family was with me when the car dropped from the back and thanks god they are fine.
2- the BMW service center did not take what i said into consideration and only took the information from the car key, they did not even ask the breakdown what they found on the street.
3- I asked them to send the report to the agency on Germany but they refused
4- the reason why they consider it as an accident is because they found scratch down on the car and this because the bump on the street and my car is not high.
