SI B51 23 15 Body Equipment May 2016 Technical Service The Driver's Side Front/Rear Door Can No Longer Be Opened from the Outside This Service Information bulletin supersedes SI B51 23 15 dated September 2015.. A driver's-side door cannot be opened by the outside door handle. This concern can also affect the driver's side rear door on the F34 and F36. The Bowden cable has become detached.
