"RATTLE IN THE ""REPLACEMENT"" DOOR ASSEMBLY. Rattle or vibration noises from door while driving on uneven surface after door replacement. Note: This issue only occurs in replacement door assemblies - this not a vehicle production issue CAUSE The replacement door assembly is ""missing"" the adhesive in the door shell between the side impact protection and outer skin. Door assembly replacement is not necessary. To repair, install spreadable seam sealer at the indicated location to eliminate the vibration. Note: The replacement part inventory for this component has been cleared since March 8, 2017, the problem has been rectified going forward"
