I have been driving a BMW for 33 years. The 2006 750I is the nicest riding and handling car of all the cars I have owned but, The engineering leaves a lot to be desired. They have put so many electronic gadgets that it seems like something is always gone wrong.
This complaint has to do with the engine. I bought the car with 113,000 miles on it and it wasn't long and the car was smoking when you stop at red lights. I see a lot of 750's that have the same problem.
