After 3 trips to the BMW dealer, they admitted that the car pulled to the right, but was "in spec" and there was nothing further to do. They simply refused to do anything further. I had to contact BMW North America. That took two weeks and then their field rep took the car to the dealer and said it was fixed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT THE BMW 745i BE AVOIDED.
