Any time it rains my car won't start. you can see the water on the carpet on the drivers side so its getting into the car some kind of way. I took it to the shop and they claim that the drain under the windshield was clogged and that they had fixed but the next time it rained it happened again. I put some plastic bags down under the windshield wipers and it rained but the car started after that so I'm not sure what the problem is. Please help because these mechanics don't seem to know what the problem is and they just keep taking my money.
