My EV battery was getting 18-19 miles to the charge (which is normal). When I took the car in for a/c warranty work, the dealer had to remove the EV battery. When I picked up my car, I was only getting 10-11 miles to the charge. I have complained to the dealer for over a year and they claim there is nothing wrong with the EV battery; they say this is "normal wear and tear". I disagree.
