roof drains clog and burn out electonics/ occurred 3 times
Roof drains have design flaw. They get clogged with tree debris and flood around electronic modules next to r rear light. Electronics short out. BMW will only cover cost one time. Second occurence we split the cost third I paid for. I do not have a garage, cover my car some of the time but live in suburbia with trees on driveway/streets. Apparently there are multiple lawsuits against both BMW and Audi over this issue. It is a design flaw and owners should not have to pay for their stupidity. Mechanic has to blow channels out to get debris out. I have my car washed regularly and take excellent care of it.
