The vehicle was purchased certified-preowned Jan 2007. It was still under warranty for 1 more year. The GPS/radio began to malfunction intermittently in mid 2007. I took it to the dealer where they replaced/upgrade? the GPS DVD.The vehicle continued to have this problem and when I brought it back for repair, the dealer told me I would need to bring it in while the malfunction was happening so they could see what was wrong. Since the malfunction only happened intermittently and only lasted for approximately 20 minutes, I was unable to get it to the dealer while it was occurring. The vehicle fell out of warranty and the problem continues...unabated. The silver dial on the console just spins while this is happening and the screen is frozen on the radio image but there is no sound and the GPS and radio do not work.
