I was traveling West on SC 153, unit 2 was traveling North on I85 exit ramp.driver unit 2 failed to yield the right of way proceedings across SC 153, causing his F-250 2002.causing the front of his vehicle to strike the left side of me. Ran off the road into a gas station. My side airbags came but my front airbags didn't come. My side mirror flew in and hit my son in the head. If my airbag would have came son wouldn't got hit
The contact owns a 2015 BMW 435I. While driving at approximately 30 mph, the air bag warning indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the seat belt and air bag system failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 7,900.
