I reported the issue to BMW they initated an investigation that took nearly 6months and ruled not in my favor... 2nd incident... my horn failed and caused and accident after I had just gotten my vehicle serviced... I got the horn repair from BMW again and currently its not working at all....from the time ive gotten this expensive vehicle it has caused me problelm and BMW is doing nothing about it.....
