My car's timing chain seized my engine. BMW claims it is not covered even though it is a 2014 with 51,300 miles and every service was done at the BMW dealership. I want BMW to reimburse me for a new engine which is estimated at $13,000.00.
Update from Sep 1, 2022: As this is 2022 my repairs are within the 8 yr/100,000 mile warranty. Why isn’t BMW liable for any of these expenses and what are the best next steps to get reimbursed? Anyone know?
