This is a safety issue and I feel this should be taken care of immediately - if there are no recalls for this problem, there should be because this is a danger to consumers. This fault occurs when someone is in the seat or not... trying everything possible to hold on to my bmw but if safety issues aren't addressed and fixed promptly... what good is it to drive a vehicle that you like that can cause lost of life?
