BMW NA states the problems with their nav systems since 2009 is the fault of Tele-Atlas (they switched in 2009 because it cost less). Tele-Atlas has a very hard to input problems on their website. BMW wants about $500 to do a map upgrade! Yet from day 1 leaving the dealership the data on the unit was totally bad. They say it is not their fault. Tele-Atlas says it is up to BMW to resolve. Let's see, $2100 for the factory nav system, then $500 to update a new flawed system. RIPPED OFF
