So I bought this car from a good dealer "I think". A 2010 BMW 328I Xdrive with 112,146 miles on it for $8,850 tax title and license. I've worked in automotive for about 4 years, so I know a bit about a bit. I check any leaks in the car before buying including oil, coolant, washer fluid the works. I test drove it for about 15min around the area and floored it a few time and check it again. Everything seemed good and no problems that I could see at all. Bought the car and drove it home. Put regular gas in it on the way home because it was low and I was in an expensive area. After about 8 miles "20 mins" of driving the car died. The engine just cut out and still had electric power. I pulled over and tried restarting the car over and over it tried to start but never did and I killed the battery trying to start it. Had it towed and its now at the dealership mechanic shop and I'm waiting to hear what's wrong and if I have to pay for it when the car couldn't even make it home from the dealership.
