This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
Six tires on this car have flattened since its purchase with no evidence of road hazard. They began to rapidly leak air within months of purchase and, once flattened, are not repairable because of sidewall damage. One possibility is that the tire and wheel do not (and never have) worked together such that the seal is not complete and once broken the tire flattens. Or the tires are defective and the sidewall weakens and causes loss of air and ultimate deflation. (tiresize: 225/75/R17)
