A full hearted feeling of prestige and honor tempted me to buy a BMW 320D car. My wish was materialized in the month of July, 2010 and my dream car was brought to Korba, Chhattisgarh, India. I was happy for the reason that this car was the first one of this brand, in this area. I got the car insured, also under BMW secure policy.
This car started facing some problems of emitting white smoke as well as sudden drying of the coolant. On intimation, this car was called to the show room at Deutsche Motoren Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi (INDIA), on 5.12.2010. Interestingly, it may be noted that the vehicle had a running KM of only 7889 when it was taken back to the show room, for the first time, with the said problems and since I don’t have any car because of which I am facing a lot of problems.
With deep distress and regret, I am constrained to express my grievance that the said vehicle was delivered to me by the dealer on 24.12.2010, but when checked it was found that the above said problem still existed. Disappointingly, I had to return the vehicle in the same truck with my comments.
Now, I am slightly on the way of feeling repentance in buying this car, as the dealer could not rectify the mistake efficiently at one take. I am located at Korba, far away from the only showroom, and it is difficult to contact your showroom frequently if such a problem is created by the vehicle again.
More over, I have spent a huge amount to buy this car and if this vehicle is kept always in a truck and shunted between Korba and New Delhi, then what for I bought it?
So, I requested the dealer to consider the above factors and refund the full cost of the vehicle at the earliest because of the repeat complaints.
My Car Details are as follows:
BMW 320 D CE model purchased from DEUTSCHE MOTOREN (SE DELHI), Mathura Road, New Delhi. Chassis No: WBAPP17090VM98835 ENGINE NO.: 81567413 MODEL CODE: PP17 Date of Purchase: 30/07/2010 Current KM: 7889 Cost: Rs. 2,600,000/- on road Registration No: CG 12 ZK 0007
