The contact owns a 2001 Audi Allroad quattro. While driving approximately 30 mph, the front driver side air suspension system failed without warning causing the vehicle to collapse. The contact was able to drive the vehicle to an authorized dealer where they informed him that there was a leak in the air suspension air bag. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that the front driver and passenger side air bag suspension were previously replaced in 2005 and 2006. The failure mileage was approximately 70,000.
